The N in this artwork stands for Nazarene. The Boko Haram painted an N on the doors of all Christian homes. The N also represents North for up or Heaven. The skirt alludes to the plaid skirts worn by the artist in Catholic schools growing up. The orange strip represents notebook paper and backpack straps.
